The Winter II session starts the week of February 23 and end the week of April 13th, running for 8 weeks at the Livonia Rec Center! You can register for the session online or purchase drop in wristbands at the front desk to attend a single class. Gentle Yoga Flow, Thursdays 12-12:50pm – for all skill levels, this class provides a well-rounded yoga experience: some breathwork, strength, balance, and mindfulness, ending with a period of rest and relaxation.
Meditative Yoga, Thursdays 1-1:50pm – a grounded, slow paced yoga practice with long holds in stretches on the mat for deep relaxation.
The Current session of Soulful Flow and Candlelit Yin on Tuesday nights will end on March 10th. The next session begins on March 24th and runs until May 12th. Sign up online and secure your spot!
My name is Kathleen, or Leena (the yogi), and I am really just so VERY passionate about yoga, the philosophy, the breath, the movement, and the energy… but most of all, I love sharing yoga with others.
I study, practice, and teach a variety of styles of yoga, ranging from fast-paced vinyasa flows to slow and meditative yin yoga. I think there is a style of yoga for everyone, and each yogi should determine what parts of the practice serves them and which do not. I’m here to help guide you to what can serve you best in your personal journey towards wellness in mind and body.
